Digital Product Policy

EYZAN Studio provides digital tools that generate digital outputs (3D models, images, videos). This policy describes the nature of those products and your rights.

1. Nature of Products

All EYZAN Studio outputs are intangible digital files generated by our software based on inputs you provide. No physical product is shipped.

2. Delivery

Outputs are delivered immediately within the application via download links and saved projects.

3. License & Commercial Use

Active Studio Access subscribers receive a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes, including resale of derivative branded goods, with the following limits:

• You may not resell raw outputs as standalone clip-art or templates.
• You may not use outputs that infringe third-party trademarks or copyright.
• License terminates if your subscription ends due to non-payment.

4. User-Uploaded Content

You are responsible for ensuring you own or have rights to all uploaded SVGs, PNGs, and designs. We do not verify rights and are not liable for infringing uploads.

5. Quality & Technical Requirements

Outputs depend on input quality. We make no guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose beyond the rendered output the tool produces.

6. Withdrawal Right

Per EU directives on digital content, the right of withdrawal lapses once the digital service is performed with your prior express consent (see Refund Policy).
