Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how Studio Access subscriptions work.

1. Plan

Studio Access is a single recurring subscription billed at $100 USD per month, plus applicable VAT for EU customers.

2. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You will be charged on the renewal date using the payment method on file.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal accessible via the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

4. Subscription Status

• Active: all features, including exports, available.
• Trialing: same as active during a trial.
• Past due: payment failed; we will retry, then downgrade to inactive if not resolved.
• Canceled / Inactive: exports disabled; you can still log in and view saved projects.

5. Price Changes

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice by email. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

6. Taxes

Italian / EU VAT is collected at checkout where applicable, in accordance with the customer's location.

7. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry several times. The subscription enters "past_due" status; if unresolved within 14 days, it becomes inactive.
