These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EYZAN Studio ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

EYZAN Studio provides AI and 3D design tools (SVG to 3D Logo) accessed via a web application on a software-as-a-service basis.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Subscription & Billing

Studio Access is billed at $100/month via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. See our Subscription Policy and Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service.

6. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and render that content solely to provide the Service. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use under your active subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and underlying models, is owned by EYZAN Studio and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Italian or EU law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
