Refund Policy

EYZAN Studio sells access to a digital subscription service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.

1. Digital Service Notice

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital services may be lost once the service has been performed with your express prior consent. By starting your subscription and using the Service, you acknowledge that exports and access constitute immediate performance of the digital service.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun and exports have been used.
  • If you have not used any export during a billing period, you may request a refund within 14 days of the most recent charge.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current period.

3. Duplicate / Erroneous Charges

If you were charged in error or twice, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.

4. How to Request

Email refund requests to the address below with your account email and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
